Audition Deadline: Ballet 314
Ballet 314 seeks classically and modern trained artists of all body types and gender expressions who excel at storytelling with a heart to serve the community. Keeping with our mission to showcase local talent, we actively seek dancers of color to help us more fully represent the spectrum of St Louis. Ballet 314 offers Resident Artists main stage and community performance opportunities between the months of August - June. Resident Artists are expected to participate in company class and rehearse 4 days per week.

Ballet 314 Dance the Story: Sleeping Beauty
Ballet 314 x The Sheldon presents Dance the Story: Sleeping Beauty. Experience the connected worlds of dance, music and literacy through Tchaikovsky’s Sleeping Beauty ballet. Students will learn the building blocks of every great story and will want to dance along by the end of the show! Audience: Early Elementary

JOIN US FOR THE WORLD PREMIERE OF FIONA FLAMINGO: Follow Fiona and her flamingo friends as they go on dazzling dance adventure of empathy & acceptance. Fiona Flamingo, choreographed by Rachel Bodi, is a children's ballet adaptation of Rachael Urrutia Chu’s best-selling book. This heart warming story is centered in emotional intelligence and acceptance through the universal language of dance!

Dance the Story: Sleeping Beauty with Ballet 314
Experience the connected worlds of dance, music and literacy through the Sleeping Beauty ballet. Students will learn the building blocks of every great story, through this interactive presentation of Tchaikovsky’s ballet, told with age-appropriate narration. Everyone will be dancing by the end of the show!
