Alexander Technique with Dawn Karlovsky at The Pulitzer

Join Dawn Karlovsky, founder and artistic director of Karlovsky & Company Dance and a nationally certified Alexander Technique (AmSAT) teacher, for an immersive workshop on this gentle method for improving posture and mobility.

This program is recommended for ages 13 and up, and all abilities are welcome. Participants should dress comfortably and are encouraged to bring a yoga blanket or exercise mat. Cushions and chairs will be provided upon request.

Space is limited, and registration is required.

First session: 6pm–7pm
Second session: 7:30pm–8:30pm
